Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

• Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• How to Start a Return: Please contact us at fadedoakco@gmail.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to ship out your replacement once the original item is returned.
